Pour boiling water over dried beef through a sieve to remove excess salt and soften. Line greased baking dish with dried beef. Wrap each breast with bacon using 1 or 2 rashers. Place neatly in baking dish.
Combine cream soups with sour cream or cream cheese and pour over prepared chicken breasts.
Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 325 degrees F.
Serve with plain steamed rice.
