A hearty dish that is quick and Easy. From this dish you can make a couple dishes by using the leftover stock to make soup.
Remove excess Skin and Fat from Breast. Place into a large pot the Chicken, garlic and vegetables. Cover with water and add a Pinch of Salt & Pepper. Heat to the Boil and cook until Chicken is done. Pull out the Chicken and allow to cool. Strain the cooking liquid and press the cooked vegetables through a sieve back into the liquid and set aside to make your favorite Chicken Soup later. This is where you will use the bone-in chicken to shred adding to stock and adding rice and your favorite soup add-in's make the soup. So the boneless is used for the baked dish
While Chicken is cooling mix the following together in a large bowl, Mayo, Lemon Juice, and both can’s of Soup. Mix to incorporate all ingredients well set aside. Take the margarine or butter ½ stick and melt in a small sauce pan. Once melted add the Bread Crumbs and mix till all incorporated. Set aside to use later. Take the cooled Chicken and pull into 1"X2" pieces and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Take a 9X12 Baking Dish and coat well with Margarine or Butter. Place the thawed Green Beans in the bottom and evenly spread them out. Place the Chicken on top of the Green Beans evenly. Pour the Soup mixture over the top of the Chicken & Green Beans. Spread it evenly over the top to cover all the Chicken. Add the Buttered Bread Crumbs evenly on top. Bake uncovered till well heated and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle the Cheese on top and place back into the oven till Cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and serve. Make sure each guest gets Chicken and Green Beans together with each serving. This dish with a Side Salad makes a great meal. The (if any) leftovers can be mixed together, then heat and serve over a Baked Potato as a great Lunch Dish.
