Chicken in Basil Cream
Dip chicken in milk, coat with bread crumbs, pan fry in butter until done and set aside. Add broth to pan and boil, stir in cream, pimientos, boil again for 1 minute then reduce. Add cheese, basil and pepper and heat through. Pour over chicken before serving.
