1. add coconut milk, chicken stock and ginger in a pot
2. bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stir occasionally
3. add chicken pieces and chilli, simmer for 5 minutes
4. season with fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. Garnished with Coriander before serving
