Pan Fried Noodles
Open the Ramen noodles.
Throw out the little season packs.
Put the noodles in a large bowl filled with hot water.
While the noodles soften, spray a 10" non stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium low heat.
When the noodles are soft, drain well, and add to pan. distribute evenly in pan.
After about 10 minutes, shake pan.
Let cook another 10 minutes.
Slide the noodles onto a plate, place the pan over the top of the plate and flip the noodles back into the pan and cook another 15 - 20 minutes.
When the noodles are done, remove to a plate and set aside.
Heat a wok or saute pan over high heat.
Add cooking and cook the chunked chicken.
Add the mushrooms, zucchini and water chestnuts.
Cook until veggies are done.
Add about 1/2 of the peanut butter and a little of the stock to thin it out.
Add a little hot sauce to your taste
Add more peanut butter and stock as needed.
Cut the noodles in pie slices, put it on a plate and top with the chicken.
