Heat oil and butter over low-medium heat
Once hot add onion, garlic and chilli
Fry for about 4mins or until onions start to look done
Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and purée
Stir for 30 secs
Cook 3-4mins until chicken is almost cooked
Add tomatoes and stir for 1min
Add water and lower temperature
Simmer for about 10mins
Add cumin, coriander, ginger and pepper
Cook for 1min
Check chicken is cooked
