Add in two chopped onions and a cinnamon stick
Drain off the fat with a spoon
Add in two tea spoons of salt
Leave to cook for around 10 mins
Then add;
2 teaspoons of chilli powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of tumeric
1/5 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1/5 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of tomatoe purée
3 cloves of crushed garlic
Add in a little bit of grated ginger
Cut a tomatoe in 4 quarters and add into the keema.
Leave on boil for 15 mins until the water has evaporated.
then take out the skins of the tomatoes and the cinnamon stick. add in 2 green chillis
(Optional) add in red peppers
Then add around 100g of butter
Then add in chopped coriander and leave to simmer
