Fast, Easy and GOOD lasagna
Preheat oven to 350
Make Spaghetti Sauce (you can use jar BUT homemade is best!) if using jar sauce, warm on stove top
Boil water, cook pasta
Season chicken with Basil, Oregon and Parsley. Put it in a sauce pan, fill with water and put on stove, boil until cooked
Grease a deep 9"x13"
Strain pasta and pour into 9x13 baker
Add Ricotta and blend over pasta
Stir in sauce
Drain chicken when cooked, shred with 2 forks and stir into 9x13 baker (I shredded mine in the VitaMix)
Stir in Mozzarella and stir everything very well!
Cover with foil and cook for 25 minutes
Uncover, add Parmesan and cook uncovered for another 5-10 minutes Use 2 - 8"x8" dishes and freeze one or cut in 1/2 for smaller family!!!
