My husband hates any kind of tomato sauce, so he calls this dish "woman"cotti since the girls at our house are the only ones who enjoy it. I just call it delicious!
Rub garlic on chicken. Cut chicken in 1 inch strips. Stuff chicken into manicotti shells. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in each of two greased 13 x 9 in. dish.
Place 8 shells in each dish. Sprinkle with sausage and mushrooms. Pour remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle water around the edge of dish.
Cover & bake @ 375(F) for 65-70 min.
