Suggest a better descriptionPREPARE the chicken by trimming fat, slicing, and making each breast about 4oz. Season with pepper and /or salt.
HEAT oil in large skillet.
ADD chicken breast and brown.
REMOVE chicken and sauté sliced mushrooms in the skillet juices.
COOK and stir mushrooms frequently until mushrooms soften and reduce in size.
ADD minced garlic during the last minute of cooking.
STIR in sauce packs. Heat and return chicken to pan.
HEAT through until sauce is warm and bubbly.
SERVE with the sauce.
