Spray skillet with Pam on medium heat and brown chicken on both sides. Add onion, mushrooms, water and salt and pepper. Cook till mushrooms are tender and liquid evaporates. Add wine and heat through. Spoon over the chicken. Serve with pasta, potato or salad.
