Add Pasta and cook for 14-16 minutes
Remove the stems and roughly chop the Kale
Peel and finely chop the Garlic
Quarter the Lemon
Heat Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat
Add Kale and half the Garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes
Add Lemon Juice and 1/2 cup of Water
Mix with finished Pasta and season with Salt and Pepper
Add the Mascarpone Cheese to the Pasta
Combine Chicken, Breadcrumbs, Garlic, and half the Parmesan Cheese in a mixing bowl
Make 12-15 meatballs, then cook in pan for 5-7 minutes each
Add Capers and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to pan and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute
Add Tomato Sauce and 1/2 cup of Water to pan
Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally
Split Meatballs and Pasta and serve
