Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/2 c. juice. Combine tomatoes, juice, raisins or honey, cocoa, peanut butter, chili powder, garlic, 1/2 t salt and 1/2 t pepper in slow cooker. Season chicken with salt and pepper and nestle into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or three hours on high.
Transfer chicken to serving dish. Process braising liquid in blender for 20 seconds, til smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over chicken, garnish with cilantro.
