Suggest a better descriptionPlace the diced tomatoes, Velveeta, chicken, sour cream, and taco seasoning into a pot. Cook on low to medium-low until the cheese has melted and the dip is hot. Stir in black beans and Mexican shredded cheese, and cook until cheese is melted. If the dip gets too thick add extra sour cream to desired thickness.
You can also add 1/4 cup of green onion and 2 tablespoons of jalapeno pepper for added flavor.
