Place the cut up veggies on the bottom of the crock pot, place the chicken on top, followed by the seasonings.
Pour in the chicken broth & however much water is needed to fill the pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Take the chicken out (carefully, it will fall off the bone) and put the noodles in the pot, turning it up to high.
Let the noodles cook for 30 minutes which you take the meat off of the bones.
Mix the meat in.
