Add vegetable mix; stir until vegetables are a bit translucent.
Add Chicken broth... bring to boil, stir, cover... simmer for 2 hours... stir periodically.
add potatoes in final 20 minutes before service
Linguini boiled in broth of stew in a separate pot... just prior to serving...
