Suggest a better description1. Apply a liberal amount of Lawry's to chicken.
2. Sauté chicken with butter in a pan.
3. Using the same pan, sauté the onions and 2/3 of the celery. Cook down until soft.
4. Put the chicken, onions, and celery into a large pot, along with all the scrapings in the pan. Add in the rest of the celery and carrots. 5. Add the chicken broth and bring up to a simmer.
6. Once it is simmering add the noodles and cook until the noodles are done.
7. Season to taste with salt (Lawry's or kosher) and pepper.
