My own personal recipe for homemade chicken nuggets. I normally dont actually. Measure anything so it is a work in progress on getting the right measurements
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl (except chicken), mix liquid ingredients (except oil). Dredge chicken first in flour, then in egg wash, then in flour again. Cook in heated oil over medium high heat until golden brown. (Always tear open a larger piece and be sureitis cooked thoroughly)
