Jeni's simple enchilada casserole

Brown beef with onion or cook chicken then shred and saute with onion. Season meat mixture with salt, pepper, and Tony's.
Combine the cream of chicken, sour cream, and diced green chiles for the sauce.
Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer half of the meat mixture, a layer of tortillas, half of the sauce, and then shredded cheese. Repeat.
Bake at 350 until "bubbly" around the edges of the dish.
