Add chicken and tortellini.
Cook 6 minutes, or until pasta is tender, reducing heat to keep a gentle boil.
Just before serving, stir in fresh baby spinach.
Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Great for left over chicken or turkey.
