Sauté onion in butter. Add tomato mashing it. Add salt, paprika and broth. Bring to a boil. Add chicken and turn pieces to coat. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Mix flour with water and stir into chicken. Simmer for 3 minutes.
At the last minute stir in the sour cream. Heat well. Do not boil.
