Season chicken w/salt and pepper. Coat w/flour. Heat oil over high heat. Add chicken and saute until brown and crisp, about 4 min per side. Reduce heat to low. Transfer to plate. Add peppers, onion and garlic and saute 5 min. Add both paprikas and stir 2 min. Mix in broth, tomatoes and paste. Return chicken to skillet. Bring liquis to simmer. Cover skillet and simmer gently until chicken is just cooked through, about 8 min.
transfer chicken to platter, keep warm. Increase heat to high and boil until sauce coats spoon thickly, about 8 min. Season w/salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over chicken.
