1. Heat oil and brown chicken on both sides. Set aside.
2. Put drop of oil, onions, garlic and bell pepper in microwave for 3 min, stir halfway.
3. Add mushrooms and micro another 2 min. Add tomatoes and paprika. Stir. Add chicken and poppy seeds. Cover and micro 4-5 min, stir once halfway.
4. Remove, let it rest a few minutes. Add yogurt. Serve over cooked noodles.
