Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil. Add chicken and brown on each side. Sprinkle with paprika, add wine and reduce. Add water and cover. Simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Add sour cream into pan, adjust seasoning to taste. Stir often until thickened. Do not boil. Serve over potato gnocchi, dumplings or kluski noodles.
Add chicken and gnocchi back to pan and sauce together. Serve
