1. Mix broth and spices, including onion and garlic, in the bottom of a sauté pan.
2. Put chicken in the pan.
3. Boil, then simmer 20 min. Turn chicken over.
4. Stir in tomato and bell pepper. Simmer 15-20 minutes more.
5. Stir in sour cream when ready to serve.
6. Serve over rice.
Some people like to sautè the garlic and onions as well as brown the chicken in oil before starting the recipe. It works fine without doing that with the added benefit of less grease in your food grease.
