Suggest a better description-Cut chicken breast in half to open it up
-Roll out the chicken breast to flatten
-Flour chicken
-Place it in egg wash
-Place it in bread crumb (put paprika, salt pepper and parmesan cheese in bread crumbs)
-Roll out the chicken
-Put in oil panned, 2.5 min each side
-Place little butter in pan during cook, on sides of chicken
-Put marinara sauce on chicken, then sit mozzarella on top with salt and pepper
-Place in oven for 5 min at 350
