-heat oven to 350 degrees
-salt and pepper chicken
-in 3 seperate shallow dishes put:
1. flour and generous salt
2. 2 eggs and milk
3. bread crumbs, 1/2 cup parm cheese, salt, and pepper
-put chicken in all 3 and then place in baking pan
-add oil to frying pan
-fry chicken 3-4 minutes on each side
-place on paper towel to absorb oil
-put marinara on bottom of baking dish (optional)
-add scoop of sauce on top of chicken
-top with basil leaves
-disperse 1/2 C parm cheese among chicken
-finish with a slice of prov cheese
-bake chicken uncovered for 15-20 min
-serve with pasta
