Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle chicken with garlic powder and onion flakes or onion powder. Dip chicken in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Brown in Canola Oil or butter until browned on both sides.
Place a small amount of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a rectangular dish; add chicken.Place a small amount of sauce over the chicken and bake for approximately 1 hour on 275 degrees. Add mozzarella cheese to top of chicken and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti noodles or any kind of pasta and remaining sauce.
