Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs.
Heat oil in medium skillet. Cook chicken until done
and browned in both sides.
Pour sauce in 11x7 baking dish and place chicken on top.

Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly
browned.
