Good, simple, barbecue dish for company!
Rinse chicken parts and pat dry with paper towels. Brush chicken with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place chicken, bone side down, on the cooking grate and grill until chicken is no longer pink. Chicken leg and thighs will take 40 to 50 minutes; breasts and wings will take 30 to 40 minutes.
