Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil and seasoning salt. Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Place pasta in refrigerator and allow to marinade at least 2 hours. Meanwhile, chop veggies. When pasta is done marinading, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
