Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees and spray large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients, except bread crumbs, to large food processor bowl with steel blade. Pulse in short bursts until chicken is finely minced, but not too much that is become a paste.
Be sure all ingredients are mixed well. Then take 1/4 cup mixture, roll into a ball and coat with bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet and flatten to 1/2 inch thick patties. Repeat with remaining chicken mixture.
Spritz the top of the chicken patties with cooking spray. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until chicken has cooked all the way through. Let cool, then freeze or serve immediately.
