Put pot of water on to boil for pasta. Add salt if desired. Add pasta when water is boiling - cook according to directions.
In the meantime, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the mixture. Melt butter in large skillet until sizzling. Saute chicken in butter until brown...about 3 min per side. Add wine, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3 additional minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
We serve the chicken over a bed of pasta. Then we scoop some of the leftover sauce from the pan on top of the chicken / pasta.
