Put chicken in casserole dish. Add mixed vegetables.
Mix together: Soups, water, water chestnuts, sage, margarine. Pour on top of vegetables
Mix together flour and buttermilk (you could substitute Bisquick for buttermilk and flour, just follow package directions on making a crust.)
Pour over all.
Bake 375 for 45 minutes
