Prepare Pasta according to instructions on box.
While the Pasta is cooking, cut up your chicken breast into thin slices, slice your cherry tomatoes in half, and cut up your fresh parsley and set aside. Also set aside your fresh garlic and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Drizzle Olive Oil into a large skillet and heat on on med-hi heat. Place your chicken in the heated skillet. Sautee until they are a nice golden brown, roughly 7 minutes. Add in minced garlic, salt & pepper and stir. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and parsley and mix together. Add in your cooked Penne Pasta, 4 T. of butter and a drizzle of olive oil and mix together. Add parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of shredded morazella cheese, mix together.
Place in a large serving platter or casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining mozarella cheese on top. Serve with garlic bread.
