In medium bowl, mix together soup, gravy mix, water and spices until smooth. Set asid.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Place chicken in bottom of pot. Spread frozen vegetables over chicken. Pour soup mixture of vegetables, pushing down chicken to be sure it is covered.
Cook on high for 4 hours. Remove chicken breasts and shred. Then return chicken to pot and allow to reheat, then serve.
