Boil chicken in water and salt until done; cool and chop into bite-size pieces. Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and next 4 ingredients. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth and half and half, stirring until thickened. Stir in chopped chicken, 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Divide and pour into two greased pie pans. Place pastry over filling, and crimp edges. Cut slits for steam. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden.
