Yummy, creamy, easy, and cheesy!
Heat oven to 350 and grease a suitable casserole dish. Brown the chicken in a pan; don't worry about cooking it all the way through, or it'll be tough.
Mix all ingredients but 1/2 cup of the cheese and the potato chips, then sprinkle the cheese and crumble the potato chips over the top. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly or lightly browned.
We always make this dish whenever our bag of potato chips gets on its last limb... Then, no crumbling required!
