Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.
Cook chicken over medium high heat.
Place tortilla butter side down on stove over medium heat. Add cheese and cooked chicken pieces in preferred amounts.
Place second tortilla butter side up on cheese and chicken.
Cook until cheese is melted enough to hold together, then flip.
Cook 2-3 minutes until both sides are light brown.
