2 dripper pan casserole. one can be frozen easily
brown sausage. while browing sausage, chop veggies (leave more or less liquid in veggies to moisten or dry the casserole) then sautee them in pan after sausage. cook rice. combine all ingredients in large bowl mixing throughly. will make 2 9x13 pans of casserole. the second one will freeze well.
very tasty and makes enough for a second meal when frozen, or a large group if needed.
