1 Put 4 cups of chicken broth in a large sauce pan. Add rice, oregaqno, garlic powder, cajon seasoning and salt & pepper.
2 Bring mixture to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes.
3 Add chicken, diced celery and mushrooms, let simmer for 10 more minutrs.
4 Add diced onion and green pepper ane let simmer for additional 15 minutes. sprinkle parsely into soup and serve.
