Place chicken in ziplock bag with Italian dressing for minimum of 30 minutes in fridge to marinade
Grill or cook chicken via your preferred method, then cut into squares
Place 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in rice cooker and cook
Put chicken on rice and add desired amount of sweet and sour sauce
Eat!
