-Marinate the chicken and keep is aside for an hour.
-Heat a pan, add ghee and once it melt, fry the onions.
-Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
-Add red chili powder, garam masala, fennel seed powder, and pepper powder and fry them for few minutes.
-Add tomatoes and cook them till nice and soft.
-Add some water and the marinated chicken to the masala. Cook it for 15 min on medium flame.
-Once the chicken is ready, garnish it with curry leaves. Now it is all ready to serve!
Add water just enough for the chicken to cook.
