Combine cream cheese and sour cream well. Stir in chicken (can add stuffing, mushrooms, olives, etc if desired.) Roll out cresent rolls and fill each roll with 1/4 cup of mixture. Roll it up, sealing edges. Roll in melted butter and then bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Can freeze before baking. Serve with sauce of 2 cans cream of chicken soup mixed with milk and lemon juice to taste.
