Cool and refreshing
Cut chicken breast in 1/4 inch cubes.
Chop onion and celery in a fine dice.
Slice grapes long ways thin slices.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl add dressing mixing just what is need to make salad wet.
Make the day before so flavers will blend.
Check the next day to see if the salad needs more dressing. If need add more to make wet.
