Easy, tasty and great for ladies luncheon
Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Quickly stir in flour , salt and caraway seed. Stir vigorously over low heat till mix forms ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and add eggs , beat till smooth. Spread evenly in 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.
Chicken Salad:
2 cups cut up chicken 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 stalks celery-chopped. 1 small onion -chopped
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice. 3/4-1 cup mayo
Red/green grapes
Prepare puff bowl. Mix all salad ingredients except mayo. Cover and refrigerate. Before serving, fold mayo into salad mix. Mound in puff bowl.
