Easy homemade chicken salad with vegetables and nuts. Easy for sandwiches using GF bread or with GF crackers.
Source: Modified from a recipe from my Mom, aka "graham cr
Cut the chicken (usually have grilled it with the marinade of the Rasberry Vinaigrette) into chunks or shredded.
Put all the other ingredients except for the nuts and celery in a food processer and mix a few pulses. Add nuts and celery and process gently to cut but add crunch to the salad.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Using the Good Thins, Nut-Thins, or Schar Bread to eat with it.
Also love BBQ GF chips to dip in it too!
You can use GF Nut Thin, GF Schar Bread, or GF Kettle BBQ Chips as alternate ways to eat this chicken salad.
