Suggest a better descriptionCook macaroni and set aside to cool. Mix the mayonnaise, white pepper, seasoning salt, celery seed, sugar and lemon juice until nicely blended. Add celery, onions and chicken. Mix in the macaroni and put in the refridgerator 2 - 3 hours before serving. If you need it quick, put it in the freezer for about an hour and then mix once or twice.
Use real mayonnaise not miracle whip. I usually use 1 1/2 teaspoons. Lemon juice can be fresh or bottles. I usually use canned chicken. Make sure you cool the macaroni first.
