Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
In a large skillet cook the sausage and garlic in the butter.
When it is cooked well through remove from pan. --Slice the sausage up.
Wilt the spinach in a little of the chicken broth.
Return the sausage to the pan with the spinach.
Add the rest of the chicken broth, add salt and pepper. simmer for a few minutes.
Toss with penne and Parmesan cheese.
