Soup like Olive Garden
Melt coconut oil in large stock pot over med/high heat. Add chopped onions, garlic, chicken sausage, kale, salt/pepper, rosemary and thyme; stir and cook for 8-10 min or until onion is translucent and sausage is browned. Add potatoes and broth; bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 15 min or until potatoes are tender. Add milk and simmer for a few more minutes. Makes 6 servings
